1. Services Offered

1.1. RoomReady is a brand operated by ESD Services FZE LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) which provides premium skincare, haircare, and body care products from our Oroverde and Marevita brands, as well as related services via our website.

1.2. By purchasing our products or services, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

2. Payment

2.1. Payment for products must be made in full at the time of order placement unless otherwise agreed upon. Payments are processed instantly upon checkout.
2.2. All prices are in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and inclusive of VAT.
2.3. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Customers will be notified of any price changes for pending orders, and such changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

3. Refund Policy

3.1. Refunds will be provided under the following circumstances:
– If the product is defective or cannot be delivered as agreed due to unforeseen circumstances on our part.
– If the order is canceled by the customer before it is shipped, subject to a cancellation fee (see Cancellation Policy).
3.2. Refund requests, including the order number, must be submitted in writing to hello@roomready.me and will be processed within 7-14 business days after approval.
3.3. Refunds will not include shipping costs unless the product is defective or we are at fault.
3.4. For defective products, RoomReady will cover return shipping costs. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. 

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1. Customers may cancel an order by providing written notice to hello@roomready.me within 1 day of placing the order for standard delivery.
4.2. Cancellations after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover administrative costs. The cancellation fee will be calculated covering any processing fees and costs incurred by RoomReady.
4.3. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled but may be eligible for a return (see Refund Policy).
4.4. Customers will receive confirmation of cancellation requests within 2 business days of submitting the request.

5. Delivery Information

5.1. We offer the following delivery options within the UAE:
– Standard Delivery: Estimated delivery time of 2-3 business days.
– Same Day Delivery: For orders placed before 11 AM.
5.2. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service.
5.3. If the delivery is delayed beyond the estimated time, we will notify you and provide an updated delivery timeline.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our products or services.
6.2. Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or in connection with our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the relevant product.
6.3. We shall not be liable for delays or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government restrictions, or failures by third-party service providers (such as couriers).

7. Governing Law

7.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

8.1. We reserve the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any material changes to these terms will be communicated to customers via email or a notice on our website.

9. Third Party Involvement

9.1. In providing our products and services, we may engage third-party providers such as courier services and payment processors. We are not responsible for any issues arising from third-party services but will coordinate to resolve them where possible.
