Cancellation and Return Policy

At RoomReady, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order or return a product. Our return and cancellation policies are designed to provide clarity and transparency regarding how to return products and cancel orders or services.
Below is a clear explanation of how our cancellation, return, and refund policies work.

1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Notice of Cancellation
If you decide to cancel an order, follow these steps:
• Send an email to [hello@roomready.me] with your order details and cancellation request.
• We will review your request and respond with a confirmation.
• Cancellations are subject to approval, which means we may need to verify your request before processing it.

1.2 Cancellation Acknowledgment
After we receive your cancellation request, we will send you an email confirmation within 2 working days. This email will inform you whether your cancellation request has been approved or declined.

1.3 Cancellation Timelines and Fees
Depending on how early you cancel, different rules apply:
• If you cancel before the shipment moves from the warehouse. You are eligible for 100% refund.
• if you cancel after the products are shipped then a 20% fee will be deducted from the refund covering administrative, and shipping preparations.

1.4 Refund Method for Cancellations
If your cancellation request is approved, we will refund the money through the same payment method you used for the purchase.
Refunds will follow our standard refund timelines as per our refund policy.

2.Refund Policy

2.1 Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a refund in these cases:
✔ The product was damaged or defective when it arrived.
✔ Your order was canceled within the allowed time (see the cancellation policy above).
✔ RoomReady is unable to deliver the product due to unforeseen issues.

You will not be eligible for a refund if:

✘ The product has been opened, used, or damaged (unless it was received in that condition).
✘ The order was canceled after the product was shipped.

2.2 Refund Process
Once we approve your cancellation or return request:
1. We will initiate the refund within 7-14 business days.
2. You will receive an email confirming that the refund has been processed.
3. The refund amount will appear in your account based on the payment method you used.

2.3 Refund Timelines
We will process refunds based on your original payment method:
• Credit/Debit Card Refunds → If you paid by card, the refund will be sent back to the same card.
• Any bank processing fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Some banks may charge additional fees, which will be your responsibility.

• Cash Payments → If you paid with cash, the refund will be sent through bank transfer.
• You must provide your bank account details for the refund to be processed.

2.4 Refund Timelines
The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your bank:
• Credit/Debit Card Refunds → 5-10 business days (varies by bank).
• Bank Transfers → 7-14 business days (depends on your bank’s policies).
If you don’t receive your refund within these timeframes, please check with your bank before contacting us.

• Eligibility: Offers are valid only on full-priced items unless otherwise specified.
• Modifications: We reserve the right to change or cancel offers at any time without prior notice.

5. How to Return a Product

3.1 Return Process
If you received a product and wish to return it:
1. Contact us within 2 days of receiving your order by emailing [hello@roomready.me].
2. We will provide you with return instructions, including how to send the product back.
3. If necessary, we will send you a return shipping label to use for the return.

3.2 Return Conditions
For a return to be accepted:
✔ The product must be in its original packaging.
✔ It must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
✔ All included accessories, manuals, and parts must be returned (if applicable).

If the product does not meet these conditions, we may:
• Reject the return request.
• Charge additional fees before processing the return.
